Our Staff

  • Brad Transplanted from the Midwest to Texas, Brad graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1995 and served on the staff of Young Life, an outreach ministry to unchurched high school kids, until 2002 when he realized he was a pastor living in a parachurch youth worker's body. He and his wife Bree then moved from Vermilion, Ohio, to attend Dallas Theological Seminary where he received his Master of Theology (Th.M) in 2005 as well as the H.A. Ironside Award in Expository Preaching. Brad and Bree live in McKinney with their two sons Jamison and Nathanael. He loves books and both kinds of football (American & European) probably a little more than he should and the Lord certainly nowhere near as much as he would like. You can follow Pastor Brad on Twitter @BradBanks1973 or catch up with him on his blog at http://bradbanks.blogspot.com

He loves students, and living life to the full, and learning about what that looks like in our current world.

  • nathan bailey i Worship Ministry pastor

Nathan was born in Dallas but grew up in Idaho, in a small town where potatoes greatly outnumbered humans, and the closest Wal-Mart was over an hour away. As a teenager, Nathan fell in love with the Lord and with serving the church. He learned guitar and began leading his church’s first ever worship band. Nathan then attended Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee. He graduated in 2011 with life-long friends, a degree he’ll probably never use, and a greater appreciation for Scripture and the Body of Christ. Since graduation, Nathan has worked for a few different ministries, including a local church where he served as music and youth pastor for 2 years. He loves sports, stand-up comedy, apologetics, and planting and watering seeds that only God can make grow.
